-Intelligence war are divided into two.First is self protection.To do so we have to employ the overt and covert measures before we can safeguard the internal security,thwart the enemies infiltration and to prevent leakage of classified secrets.

- To defeat the enemy, to attain this we have to use the highest wisdom and most effective methods in appraising the enemies situation in evaluating the collected information,in seeing through the enemies insidious plots and in predicating his actions before we can take the initiative and finally come out the victor without any bloodshed in our struggle against the enemy ie..PAKATAN RAKYAT.

-To heighten the political consciousness and to elevate the political alertness by promoting the security movement,tightening up the security measures and expanding the security education so that everybody considers the safekeeping of national secrets  as the duty of all citizen.

-To wipe out the Chinese communist undercover spies through the employment of highly selected and well trained security personnel and the establishment of close knit and effective security organizations,in  charge of collecting,evaluating,investigating and tracking down the suspects with   uprooting  the Chinese communist espionage network as its end.

-To advocate loyalty checks and keep tracks of published articles or pictures which violate the national security or interests.

-To keep watch for the enemies intelligent networks newly organized and infiltration of enemies agents from any direction through variegated means and to constantly improve the techniques and method of investigation.

-To take special precaution against the Communist camouflage.The REDS often assume to be liberals,progressives,patriots,and even anti communists ,in order to seek cover for their espionage and subversive activities.

-To uproot the communist intelligent network by finding clues from cases by uncovering high level organizations from cells, and by sorting out the RED secret serviceman through connivance.

-To keep watch for the communist methods of human wave intelligence collection through tourist and foreign agents.

In summary,intelligence warfare itself is a contest of wit between two parties,it is also the consummation of tactics.To achieve the premeditated results from such an operation,we have to make use of the experiences and techniques available,both ancient and modern,at home and abroad.
